Lil Quiet World sells digital products. Nothing is shipped, and there is no return address.

Instant access

Your guide and Creator Kit are delivered by email immediately after purchase. By completing your order you agree that access begins straight away.

Change of mind

Because the product is delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer refunds for change of mind — for example, if you decide after downloading that the guide isn't for you, or you bought it by mistake.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure. A major failure includes a product that is significantly different from its description, or one that cannot be used for the purpose we described. You are also entitled to have problems fixed within a reasonable time if the product is not of acceptable quality.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn't work, the files won't open, or you never received your delivery email, contact us and we will sort it out. Please include the email address you used at checkout and your order number so we can find your purchase quickly.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.
